Unopened coffee If you change your mind, notify us within seven calendar days after delivery or collection. Our voluntary change-of-mind policy covers bags that are unopened, unused and in their original condition. We will arrange the return process with you.

Customers pay the direct return courier cost for a change-of-mind return. Return address: Morning Mojo Coffee HQ, 33 Sir Lowry Road, Woodstock, Cape Town, Western Cape, 8001. Please contact us for return instructions before dispatch. We cover necessary return costs where the return results from our error or non-compliant goods, as required by law.

Opened coffee and taste preferences We do not offer change-of-mind refunds solely because an opened coffee does not suit your personal taste. This does not exclude claims about incorrect, defective, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise non-compliant goods, or any applicable statutory cancellation right.

Incorrect orders If we supply the wrong coffee, size, grind or quantity, contact us. We will correct our error and cover necessary return and replacement delivery costs. You retain any applicable right to reject the goods or obtain a refund; replacement is not your only remedy where the law provides a choice.

Damaged or compromised packaging Please report damage, leakage or a broken seal promptly, ideally within 48 hours, with photographs if possible. The 48-hour request helps us investigate; it is not a deadline that removes your legal rights. Do not consume coffee that appears unsafe. Keep the packaging and batch information where reasonably possible while we arrange a resolution.

Quality problems We will investigate genuine quality concerns fairly. Where goods fail to meet applicable consumer-law requirements, we will honour the remedies available to you, including a refund or replacement where applicable, without an unlawful penalty. Statutory defective-goods remedies are not limited to unopened bags or seven days.

Refunds Refunds are processed within 30 calendar days of a valid cancellation or refund request, or sooner where required by law. We do not restart a statutory deadline when a return is inspected or approved. Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method. If that is not possible, we will agree a lawful alternative with you. Payment-provider processing may affect when funds appear in your account, but does not extend a legal refund deadline. We will not require you to accept store credit instead of a refund where a refund is due by law.

Online cancellation rights Where the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act cooling-off right applies, it operates independently of our voluntary policy: cancellation may be exercised within seven days after receipt, without a reason or penalty other than the permitted direct cost of returning the goods. A qualifying refund must be made within 30 days of cancellation. Any statutory exclusions must actually apply to the goods and transaction; we do not assume all coffee is automatically excluded because it is food or ground to order.

Storage Keep coffee sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Deterioration caused by improper storage or misuse after delivery is not covered by our voluntary policy. This does not exclude responsibility for a defect present on supply or other statutory obligations.

Your consumer rights Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law. If you are unhappy with our response, you may seek assistance through the appropriate consumer dispute-resolution body, including the National Consumer Commission: https://thencc.org.za/.

Delivery in South Africa

Nationwide delivery costs R99. Shipping is free on orders over R1,000. Orders of exactly R1,000 do not qualify for free shipping. The applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery times

We dispatch orders with The Courier Guy within two working days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 1–3 working days for metro areas and 3–5 working days for regional areas. Dispatch preparation and courier transit are separate. Contact us if your order is delayed or you need help with delivery.

Free collection

Collect from Morning Mojo Coffee HQ, 33 Sir Lowry Road, Woodstock, Cape Town, Western Cape, 8001. Orders are ready after two days; Friday orders are available on Monday unless otherwise arranged by phone after ordering. Please wait for your ready-to-collect notification before travelling.

Collection is Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00. On public holidays falling on weekdays, collection is 08:00–13:00. Collection is closed on weekends. Bring your order confirmation. Phone 060 976 5768 for other arrangements.

Delivery problems

Check your delivery address and contact details when ordering. Contact us promptly about a missing, incorrect or damaged delivery. Our returns and refunds policy explains your options. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
